1st thing 1st I work retail and I know covid is putting a damper on shipping. However I was getting a bit anxious to why my order had not been shipped and I asked about it on their IG account. They replied and I even received a phone call ensuring me that my order was shipped and it was on its way! Please let me express that I bought a $10 kit that’s all 10 bucks flat, and they still reached out to make sure I was up to date and taken care of. 5 stars customer service! Hi second review of using it for a few weeks now, plants respond great to the nutrients, prior I was using synthetic and noticed burns on the leafs, after switching I feel that the feed schedule is more accurate than those of the synthetic.

Super easy to use with great results! I highly recommend the lotus line of nutrients. My plants are dripping in resin and stinking up the whole complex.

My honest experience is that I will never ever order anything from anything related to Gorilla Industries after the horrible customer service I have gone through over the last 6 weeks. Ignoring emails, giving false promises and finally after giving an ultimatum to have them send me my product or canceling my order yet they sent a payment request, got their money and did not dispatch it. This time JEFF I will not change my rating like I did in the previous order and I highly advise any other customer to never change their ratings as this is misleading and wrong and will never allow them to improve. I have been overly patient but enough is enough!
