I am going to update my review and change it to five stars, where it has always been in the past. After getting through to Jeff I was made aware of some of the circumstances that employees were facing due to the Fires in California. I spoke to the Sales Manager. ( Jessica, I believe) and received a call from Jeff. Within 2 days I had not one but two replacements sent. I called them to make them aware and pay for it. However they insisted I keep it at no cost. I still feel the original representative should have handled my situation personally being it was a Problem Case. Rather than just loading a replacement in the system. She was made well aware that I was out and needed it immediately. However, at this point, I am once again a happy Lotus Nutrients customer. Thank you Jeff. I have been a customer for about a year. I placed a large order of around $400. The large container of Grow was a solid rock and dark gray when I received it. I tried to chip away at some of it with a screw driver, however it turned the water black. I called and spoke to Susan. I emailed her pictures as requested. I was told a replacement would be sent. I followed up the next day with an email to her. It went unanswered. I left 2 voice-mails for her that were also ignored. I then contacted Jeff in customer service. I re-explained my situation and the lack of response from his team. He couldn't have cared less about the employees performance. His first response was that "He" had not seen any pictures. Really? Do they have an issue with good customers trying to steal from them? I was eventually told he would send a replacement. Apparently Susan didn't do it Also, I was told, If I didn't have it by Saturday it would be there Monday for sure. Well, today is Wednesday. No product and guess who doesn't answer their calls.
