Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I noticed one lash came in defective and showed them a photo of it. They're sending me a new one soon. No hassle, no push back. They also responded to my emails timely. Thank you Lotus!

My Favouritessss
My absolute holy grails. Bands are comfortable, they lay nicely on the lash line, they’re not heavy, and they last so long. I get nothing but compliments on them

I took the quiz and I was a first time customer. I was given 2 coupon codes and neither one of them worked. I had to pay full price. I emailed the company and have gotten zero response.

Hi Amber, Sorry for the confusion! During our current promotion prices are marked down up to 40% off so the only codes that are active at the moment are LL10 and LL15.
