Been trying to reach them about my order 31068 And they never got back to me. They used to be so good about responding! I couldn’t change my address !

I keep trying to email customer service but my emails won’t come through

I ordered liner and glue in 1 but was never told on the site it was only 1 per order not what requirements needed to be met. I'm furious.

I took the quiz and I was a first time customer. I was given 2 coupon codes and neither one of them worked. I had to pay full price. I emailed the company and have gotten zero response.

the price said it was 45 dollars but i got charged for 63 dollars

My lashes were sent to the wrong place! I never got them!!! **Update, after correspondence with the company I have still not received my lashes. I was told they were sent to my old address and that I thought I had changed my address on their site. I was then told that I would have had to have contacted them in order to change my address and then sent them a screenshot showing that my correct address is actually on the site therefore this is an error on their part not mine. I have already told afterpay I will not be making the rest of my payments since lotus lashes is not doing anything to get me my order. I will continue to leave reviews and contact the better Business bureau as well. To some people it may seem silly to you however for me it took me putting money aside to get these. And I did that for three paychecks because things are so tight right now. Then to get them sent to my old address and not getting any help from this company. Apparently greed supersedes customer service with this company.
