Do Not sign up!! I signed up then cancelled never used once. I cancelled three months ago. They keep taking money out. Do not know how to stop these people. Disgusting!!!!! Over $300 Shame on you…

They promoted the app on Instagram as for free. When I signed up to it they charged me US $ 6,93. The receipt they emailed me says the next charge will be next month with US $ 38,95 (and this on a monthly basis). I did not sign up to this. So I wanted to cancel my subscription within an hour without not even using it. But the website says that my subscription is still being processed which means I can not cancel it. I reached out to the customer service and a Ashley replied I should prove that I meet the requirements for being able to cancel my subscription and get my money back. I sent all kind of screenshots but she no longer replies despite that they promote a 24/7 customer service. Now I have to contact my credit card institute and may even have to change my card. This is all very frustrating and clearly a scam.

Lack of transparency and dishonest business practices regarding their predatory subscriptions. I contacted their customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund. They said I need complete 14 days of daily classes within 30 days before they would cancel my subscription and refund me. Absolutely ridiculous! This condition was never mentioned when I joined on March 3, 2026. I was under the impression I was receiving a free trial. I was charged $6.93 on 3/3/26 and $38.95 on 3/10/26. I am very disappointed!

This service was advertised as offering a free trial, yet I immediately received 2 charges on my card. When I accessed the download, which I can only view on my phone, it was clearly not what had been advertised. When I attempted to cancel, the process redirected me to the App Store, which then indicated that I do not have an account. In reviewing my card statement, I located a phone number associated with the charges and will be contacting it directly. It is extremely frustrating that the website both charges customers immediately and makes the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult, while also failing to provide the product that was advertised.

Dont buy anything from this side, they say it Washington free but in the end it turns out that it cost a little bit anyway. They have withdrawn money from my PayPal account and are not responding to my inquiries. I have now had to close my PayPal account to prevent them from withdrawing more money. Scam company. Never buy anything from them.

I wish had read these reviews before I signed up for a 7 day trial with this company. Without any authorisation they have now taken £60 from my account. Their Customer support people have now stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund. Please AVOID, it is a SCAM.

This is a real scam! I subscribed in December 2025 and after the download I saw this was nothing for me. So I tried to cancel, but they keep on taking money from my account, even after my account says it is cancelled, support doesn't give you a proper answer either just that you have to cancel, which I did, I have emailed them several times with no result, it is now march and again they have taken money from my account, this is daylight robbery. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this program. They steal your money!!! And no proper support or any one who solves the problem!

Bullshit false advertising that it’s free. It’s not . It’s a scam.
