Do NOT do this, they bill you additional charges that you didn't even ask for days after the initial $5 trial is charged. I was almost up to $100 in charges within days. Cancelled my credit card and disputed charges as it was not what I had signed up for. This is a scam as far as I am concerned, bad business, false advertising, no customer service, which basically is FRAUD!!!! I wanted Tai Chai, they put me on a yoga program. I already get wonderful yoga classes from YouTube for FREE! It is scams like this that keep us from trying new things online and I hope they are shut down quickly.

I didn't want a subscription - when the advertising had piqued my interest by suggesting the product was FREE, so was shocked to see upcoming $78. Email bounced back undeliverable from info@ AND support@. Online contact sheet gives no answer or acknowledgement of receipt. I finally registered online just so I could cancel subscription there. Online confirmation of cancellation, but no email confirmation. Shoddy and engenders lack of confidence, if not downright resentment!! Such a hassle...

Lotus Flow has helped me feel calmer, energized and more focused. I can adapt the yoga and Pilates classes to my personal restrictions. However I only wanted to use this for a month. And after being charged for the second month at triple the amount only a week later and having difficulty cancelling I do not recommend Lotus Flow or fitme.

I signed up for this program and App a couple weeks ago. I have been unable to get the App to open properly ever since. I've even uninstalled & reinstalled it, plus trying on another phone. I have emailed them 3 times, first for help with the App, then twice to cancel my membership/subscription & request a refund. All I have heard back from them is a feedback request to "see how I'm liking their program". The one I've been trying to cancel for a week! UPDATE: Their Support finally got back to me. They cancelled my account but will NOT refund me unless I can PROVE to them I have followed their exercise & diet program for a full 14 days. Complete with screenshots of my logs on their system. I can't even get into their program! There are much better similar programs out there, but I'd advise you don't choose this one.

I signed up on a social media platform for a one month program. I was charged six days later again. I requested the $38.95 refund and they ignored it. They are not at all transparent in their approach. I would advise prospective buyers to please choose differently. They are dishonest!!

I signed up for a designated period. They went ahead and charged my credit card for a further period without authorisation. Hidden in the fine print!

Scammed into purchasing something I didn't want as I cancelled. No refund.

I paid for what I thought was the first two months. After realising I was unable to do exercises I cancelled the subscription. However a further month was taken. As soon as I realised I contacted by email for a refund. No reply was given. I am so glad I paid for this with PayPal as they sorted this issue instantly. I shall never use this company again, big thanks to PayPal.
