Just lower your prices, per year subscription should be optional as a bonus for heavy user. Not the norm, you are killing your own company. You have a nice concept but the pricing is not fair. If I want a set of animations they are standard, not custom made. You should pay 50$ (MAX). Get your pricing in order or die as a company.

I must admit that animating can be easier with Lottie rather than After Effects BUT this app has bugs all the time, it's very limited in many cases and caused me so much frustrations. The auto-save doesn't work always and there is no way to save a working file except exporting it. If you want something easier than After Effects, this will work but you will be frustrated all the time.

To download one icon, I have to buy a one-year subscription for $180. Moreover, I have to calculate even that myself, because the final amount is not indicated anywhere until I pay... Horrible approach. Two points for creating a monopoly and free demo opportunities.

While lotties seem to be a great way to upgrade a website, if you want the good ones it will cost you 155 dollars per month on it's real website : iconscout. There are NO monthly offers. SO if you don't want to pay this much in lotties, just don't waste your time with it.
