LottieFiles has some of the kindest and most understanding customer support I’ve ever experienced. I accidentally subscribed to a yearly plan I couldn’t afford, and within a day, they refunded me with such compassion and humanity. Special thanks to Haleeza, who not only helped me without judgment but even created a custom plan for me in case I want to return in the future. That kind of support is rare – and it made me love the platform even more. Also, LottieFiles is just fun and creative and full of possibility. Highly recommend – both the service and the people behind it.

I am very satisfied with lottiefiles, but as already mentioned, the subscriptions are not clearly defined. I also took out an annual subscription by mistake, even though I needed it for one month. However, support reacted quickly and refunded the money. Many thanks for the great product!
