Scam. I signed up for what for a single user account, which I thought was monthly billing but was charged $240 for the year. I was charged for the year. Then I shared the link with my client twice. and somehow was charged for two separate Team accounts. This was not obvious at all. I just happened to check the billing and I saw my next payment cycle was $917!!!. Meaning 240 + 917 just to turn a few animations into code. This is robbery. I contacted customer support. They did not even correspond with me. They canceled my account and charged me for the Team accounts, I'm guessing at a Prorated for 330. So Over $500 just to use it for a few animations within a month. I was robbed left with no explanation. Their customer support claimed they did not see any charges, which is false as I even attached screenshots. This is a scam.

The booked two years in a row 250$ from my bank account, although I have cancelled the subscription 3 years ago. Would not recommend it at all.

They basically put a middle finger to all free users with the free limit change. Support is basically non existant. Plugins and everything are bugged and filled with issues by default. 20$ a month for something with this quality, support and reliability is really risky... But at the same time lotties are more famous than ever, so will be interesting to see where this scam company goes

These are very deceptive tactics; They advertise free SVG animations, but after they make you create an account, there is no SVG to download, only the paid options.

I searched for 2 weeks for assets for my project. I couldn't find any I liked. I contacted support for a refund and they were un willing to give refund.

We did not like the design options given so tried to cancel. Despite submitting refund within 7 days, a refund was not honoured. They also charged us annual subscription. There is no way to cancel through their application so they just continue to charge you annually. Do not use this company. We will be complaining to the higher authority. The reason for the no refund is shown below. ******* I regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund at this time as we can see that you have utilized our optimizer with all the animation files that you have downloaded and the activity log does not show much on the search for the animation. We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we hope that you can appreciate our commitment to providing a fair and consistent refund policy for all of our customers. We value your business and are dedicated to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our company.

I actually liked the product at first. I got lots of good animations for free so I decided to get the paid version for $240 USD per year because I wanted access to the "premium" animations, not just the free ones. Well, after I paid and tried to download a premium animation, it took me to a different website where I would have to pay an additional $180 USD per year to get the premium animations. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They make you think if you pay you will get the premium animations but they just take you to another website where you have to pay still more! I didn't do it because after being cheated the first time, I can't ever be sure there won't be more hidden fees.
