Andrew stole our money ($22,000) that we paid for a luxury Ecuador / Peru vacation. He also stole $8,000 from our friend that was meeting us in South America. He first took our calls in 2020-2021, then disconnected all numbers. We went to the credit card company, and were unable to get a refund. He is a scammer. Beware! The trip was in April 2020, but I finished with the credit card company in May 2022.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry for the frustration surrounding your planned trip. This situation dates back to April 2020, when global travel came to a complete halt due to COVID-19. At that time, all travel providers—including airlines, hotels, and local operators—implemented strict non-refundable policies as they navigated unprecedented shutdowns. As with many trips during that period, funds were held with the various suppliers involved rather than returned immediately, which created significant challenges across the travel industry. Travel insurance had been recommended in advance, which in many cases helped mitigate these situations, though I understand that was not in place here. We understand you also pursued a credit card claim; however, given the circumstances and supplier policies at the time, those claims were often not upheld industry-wide. We recognize how difficult that period was and regret the impact it had on your plans. Our intention has always been to advocate for our clients and work toward the best possible outcomes under very challenging circumstances.
