This place used to be a guarantee in terms of balls received matching the quality you purchased. No more, balls that are clearly 3A quality are being sent as 5A(Mint). Now as a customer I get to complete the joy and returning all of them.

The order wasn't severely late, but late and I got 3 explanations as to where my balls were. That was after a week just waiting for a response. One msg said I received them the day before 😂 and FedEx didn't even have them yet. smh

Purchased 4 dozen mint Titleist AVX. Beware of the difference between recycled and refurbished. My 4 dozen were refurbished because of paint peeling and cracking and that’s after only a few hits. I didn’t know they refurbished by painting and putting on the Titleist logos, directional lines and numbers etc… I thought they all were recycled. Deceptive in my opinion. Will never use this company again. Again BEWARE!

I placed an order which was confirmed and I was told shipment in 2 business days via FedEx. A shipping label was first created 3 days later and then 4 days after that the order was handed off to FedEx for delivery which is now scheduled for delivery in 4 days so 11 days from order to delivery! What a scam! While the price for two dozen balls in pristine condition is equal to 1 1/2 dozen of the same brand at Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon when all done, the savings are not worth it, especially when you get 24 balls loose in a cardboard box. Will never order from them again.

I made an order over $200 that I needed for an event. Placed the order 3 days before the event and bought the guaranteed 2 day shipping. The label didn’t get created until the next day meaning my order would not be delivered in time. I tried contacting customer service for hours. Called and was told I was 1st in line then 1 minute later I was told I could leave a voicemail due to high call volume (even though I was #1 in queue) and that my call would be returned the next business day. 6 calls in a row this happened. Tried live chat. Automated system closed the chat due to a long wait time trying to find a representative. Also 6 times in a row. All I needed was to change the shipping to overnight and pay the extra fee required and have a new label printed. Now that customer service can’t help in a timely manner I won’t have my order tomorrow and my event is just screwed Sunday. LOVED this site until this.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low. This is my first time buying them. I got three orders of the taylormade TP5 mint (5A) condition balls. I spent $100 and got 36 of them where normally they cost almost $60 for 12. Nearly every single ball looks perfect. I honestly don’t even see a single scuff on them. I never write reviews either, but I felt like I needed to because when I was doing my research here, I saw a lot of bad reviews. I will be ordering from them again we’ll see how the next batch comes out.
