I hope everyone reads this,, u have a better chance of getting a bucket of good range balls, than buying their shit balls............

Placed an order received a tracking number. Order sat for days and did not advance. Called lost golf balls was told they were out of stock from my order and could not fill it for some time. Selected another ball to replace my order was told it would be rushed out. Order still hasn’t shipped tried and tried to contact them during normal business hours via email live chat telephone. Could not reach them. very frustrated so I placed an order with another company. That order was shipped out same day and is on the way. Cannot recommend used golf balls from lost golfballs.com. Will be buying my golf balls elsewhere from now on.

The worst customer service brought to by a company who just lies and lies. The latest party trick on an order that is already late, create the FEDEX label but don’t hand over the order to them. Yet to see the ball quality. Have a feeling won’t be good after reading on here

I order from this site every year 10 dozen at a time and have never had issue until this year. I always order Mint 5A but the order I got this year for Mint 5A is at best fair condition. Not sure what happened but I will think twice before ordering again.

I’ve been buying from them for awhile now. I got some balls recently and a handful were the wrong ball, practice ball and damaged ball. I reached out to them and they said that I need to ship them back. They didn’t send me a return label or anything. So I need to be inconvenienced more and spend more money for their mistake….I never got another response.

Should have checked here first. After a couple of good experiences with smaller orders; decided to buy 48. The majority of them were not mint condition and emails and contact forms to the company have gone unanswered.

Used to be a consistent customer. No longer. The last 2 orders have been a disaster. One was 4 dozen ProV1 5A (mint) balls. Either they put the wrong order in or they are trying to sneak 3A balls as mint. They all had scratches and scuffs on them. I asked for a replacement and would send these back but they never responded to me. The most recent order I never even received! FedEx dropped it off at the wrong house (picture shows package in front of someone else's house). I tried filing a claim through FedEx but the type of shipping LostGolfBalls chooses only lets them file the claim. I've emailed them and called a bunch with no response. I'd rather pay $50 for a dozen and not have to deal with these crooks.

This place used to be a guarantee in terms of balls received matching the quality you purchased. No more, balls that are clearly 3A quality are being sent as 5A(Mint). Now as a customer I get to complete the joy and returning all of them.
