Very happy with early results on Spartan Formula! I drive 65 miles each way to work for the midnight shift. Generally work 10-12 hrs. six nights a week. Spartan Formula has enabled me to have steady energy level from time I leave for work until I safely return home and I'm able to sleep soon after arriving home.

I have been using Lost Empires herbal…
I have been using Lost Empires herbal products for a few months and find the quality and effectiveness to be superb. I am 50 and while healthy and active have found my energy increased and my workout recovery times reduced. My motivation for beginning herbal supplements is as a preventative measure to the effects of aging and feel Lost Empire is a supplier of excellent quality and the results thus far have been more than satisfactory. Fyi I also combine healthy diet of organic whole foods and clean meats, lots of filtered spring water and low sugar intake, no highly processed sugars or foods, with the herbal additions. I feel this has helped maximize the beneficial effects of the herbs. So far I have experienced the benefits increase the longer I have taken them, which has been about 3 months. I listen to my body and break for a number of days when it feels needed. The customer service is excellent, orders are taken and delivered in a very timely matter. No long waits. The health, herbal and workout info that is posted, is very informative. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship and reccomend anyone looking for a natural way to better health and more energy use Lost Empire to help you get there.
