The customer service is awesome
The customer service is awesome. Really they are amazing. As for the product I purchased, I have noticed a small improvement but I am honestly disappointed in what it has done. Maybe my expectations were too high after reading other people's comments.

Tried Horny Goat Weed and the feeling was moderate. A bit pricey based on my experience but perhaps this item is not the best fit for someone who’s overall system has acclimated to other, stronger pre-workouts/supplements. Lost Empire does a very good job of educating and providing powerful feedback to their customers so I’ll give a few more items a try to see what works best. I also tried their pollen powder but may try the tincture (as recommended by their team) for a stronger reaction.
