Product function
No problems with dealing with the company in regard to product purchased, but the product itself did not aid in supplementation in bedroom activities. It did give me an overall physicality pump though. Any wisdom as to why the product would not work as described?

So glad I found this company!
This is my second time ordering from Lost Empire and they don't disappoint. Just as the first order, this recent order arrived quickly and without any issues. I ordered the shilajit powder again because it actually works for me in increasing my energy levels and improving my overall health. I have a history of gut issues and poor iron absorption which makes me feel tired and sick all the time. I just feel better after taking the shilajit regularly (1/2 teaspoon in water in the morning, an hour before eating.) Your body will always tell you what's good for it and what's not. My current routine is as follows (In case anyone is looking to start a fairly easy routine with the shilajit powder): I fast from 7pm to 10am (sometimes longer), break my fast with a glass of shilajit powder mixed in water, followed by a large glass of water, then I eat a healthy meal about a half hour to an hour after, I incorporate at least a half hour of exercise every day (cardio, weights, pilates, etc) either before work or after work (the best time to work out is right after taking the shilajit). Shilajit makes sticking to this routine easier because I am energized and motivated! I don't crave food the same way I did before. I'm no longer bloated, lethargic, constipated, and I don't have the usual cramping and stomach pain. The taste is strong, not for everyone. I personally am able to ignore the taste. I hear that mixing it with protein shakes or something other than water makes it easier to consume. Trust me when I say this is a must try, and worth it.
