I would have given 0 stars if I could
I would have given 0 stars if I could. Ordered a portable diesel heater and tracked the shipping, then it went somewhere else and said delivered but the product never made it to the state of Alaska. Wasted weeks of my patience and time when I really could have used the product. First time using this site and never will again.

To be clear, your parcel wasn't sent to the wrong address, but had the wrong tracking number added due to a mistake by our staff, which we clearly informed you about. We apologize for this error and this is indeed not the experience we strive to provide you with. Please note that this definitely did not take "weeks", you have contacted us 8 days after you placed your order, after which we investigated it together with you, fixed your tracking, and issued you a full refund immediately. Again, we fully realize our mistake, and we apologize for providing you with a negative experience in this case.

Great company with great products for a awesome price..recommend 10/10
Shipping took a little longer than expected but I didn't realize that my items i ordered came from overseas. As far as the hoodies go they are awesome for the price and my experience with the company was just as good. I will definitely be bookmarking the company to order more high vis hoodies from them again when I wear these 2 out.
