Hello David, you never contacted the seller themselves or the carrier. Your order is well within the timeline defined in our shipping policy, and it is quite normal for international shipments to take two-three weeks to arrive, especially as this has been a busy time of the year. There is also an easily accessible live tracking page for your order, which we can clearly see that our staff previously provided you with.
