I ordered a bed to small and they exchanged it immediately. A year later, my son was still finding the bed too hard so they sent me a mattress toper free of charge! Good old fashion American service!

Fantastic satisfaction guarantee which allows you to sleep on the mattress for 120 nights to decide if it is right for you. If not, you can return or choose another one of their mattresses, all you have to pay is the $99 delivery fee.

Probably the best customer service you will ever experience. The beds are exquisite. I have purchased two Saatva Classic luxury firm king size mattresses. They are definitely firm so don't choose luxury firm if you are looking for a plush mattress. From purchase to delivery the process was perfection.

We originally ordered a king size in luxury firm. It didn’t meet our expectations so we emailed our unhappiness via email to Saatva. Within 45 minutes Saatva replied and after a short conversation they agreed to exchange even though it was beyond the trial testing period. This was totally unexpected and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Very impressed and we couldn’t be happier with our new firm mattress. Thank you Saatva!
