Loom & LeafReviews of loomandleaf.com

After shopping all of the well known (and not so well known) brands of memory foam technology mattresses, I narrowed my search to just one, Loom and Leaf. Some factors in that decision were the extremely high satisfaction rate and number of customers writing reviews, and the fact that the new mattress would not be compressed into a box but instead be delivered as manufactured (fully uncompressed) by a "white glove" team who would also take away my old mattress. So on December 30th, I ordered a new Loom and Leaf Relaxed King mattress online. The company initially estimated delivery in 9 to 18 days after my order, and was very communicative throughout the process. In the meantime, I used the online chat feature of their web site to ask about things like the foundation for the mattress (what I already had was fine) and the type of mattress cover that was recommended... the access to knowledgeable help at Loom and Leaf was quick and easy. Loom and Leaf sent email updates through the (very short) production process, and then I received a call from the delivery company to arrange for delivery at my home on January 5... just 7 days after I placed the order online (even including the New Year's Day holiday). The delivery team arrived right on time, and was very quick and professional in removing the old mattress and placing the new one. After having the mattress just a few days, it's still a bit early to fully review the mattress itself except to say that it is obviously well made and is very comfortable without anything that would immediately suggest the stereotypical "characteristics" of some memory foam mattresses ("sinking into" the mattress, poor edge support, unpleasant odors, etc.). I will say that I very rarely slept through the entire night on my 7 year old Beautyrest conventional mattress (which was taken away)... but now sleep perfectly through the entire night since receiving my new Loom and Leaf. Loom and Leaf does not make the least expensive mattress by any means, but I believe it will prove to be a much better value over time than some of the cheaper alternatives. I was happy with the entire purchase and delivery process as well, which really did exceed my expectations.

We purchased a loom and leaf bed for several reasons. Price v. Quality, we simply cannot afford a $1000 bed for our little ones, yet we still wanted the quality from an American company. They made it possible for us to purchase something safe like a mattress for our two little ones. We love this mattress so much we just purchased a second one for my other little one graduating into a big kids bed. We know its comfy because we have slept right alongside my daughter. And the service both times has been some of the best we have had. Therefore, no complaints so far. We are all satisfied customers.

We received our new Loom & Leaf mattress way sooner than expected and slept on it the very first night. OMG - it is awesome. Even my pessimistic husband loved it. No morning aches or pains, no sweating through the night on a hot memory foam mattress. This is the best bed ever!

Buying a new mattress was a big decision, especially buying sight unseen. I had all of my questions answered completely from well trained pleasant patient individuals. Nothing was too much trouble. I also ordered the adjustable bed frame. It fits within the your bed frame and eliminated the need for a box spring. It is very quiet, and the remote is simple to use. I have not slept this well in years! The mattress is very comfortable without being too soft, the adjustments have virtually eliminated my husband's snoring (priceless!) and my five rescued cats and dog all love it as well!

We got our Loom & Leaf mattress one week ago. My low back has been hurting for months and I could not spend an entire night in bed. Since getting the new mattress I am now sleeping all night in my bed and my back is feeling much better. The lumbar area of the Loom & Leaf has helped immensely. I highly recommend this mattress!

From beginning to end this has been a great experience with this company. Everyone from customer service, especially Chester, to the delivery guys were professional, efficient, courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend Loom and Leaf to all my friends and family. The Best!

I can't stress enough how wonderful this company is! The customer service is way beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I was very leery about buying a bed online but they put my fears at ease. This is the most fantastic bed I have ever slept in! I highly recommend Loom & Leaf to everyone, which is saying a lot because I am VERY picky about anything I buy!

We have had our king size mattress for almost 2 years and we still absolutely love it. Every mattress I’ve ever had has left me with aching knees, hips, and back. Since we’ve had our Loom & Leaf I’ve never woke in the morning with any aches or pains.
