Flight advertised at $140. Booked it. Said I’ll get confirmation within 4 hours. Contacted customer service who then informed me “The airlines canceled all economy seating and now only offer main cabin seating at a higher price”. Contacted the airlines who said that was not true. Therefore it’s their way of getting you hooked in at a cheap price (that’s not available anywhere else on the internet), then feeding you a false story and making you pay the full price (same price advertised on American Airlines website).

Do not book from here! We just booked a flight to costa rica, and then within 5 minutes of booking, they call us to tell us the flight is not available anymore and we need to pay double to be on the main cabin. Definitely fishy and that is how they get you to book through their site.

NEFASTO!! No utilicen esta empresa NUNCA!! Primero engañan con la gestión de asientos y maletas. Gracias a un comentario que puse aquí y para que lo borrara, conseguimos que nos dieran asientos pero ahora, por motivos MUY GRAVES de salud, he intentado que me ayudaran a cambiar las fechas de un vuelo que he comprado con ellos. He llamado por teléfono (al español y al americano), por whatsapp, por mail (tanto en la central americana como en la española), por mensaje en su página (también en las dos versiones). Ha sido IMPOSIBLE contactar y no han respondido a ninguno de los mensajes. Resultado: he perdido mi billete y dinero. La compañía aérea no me podía ayudar puesto que lookupvacation tienen bloqueados lo billetes que se compran con ellos.

🟥RED FLAG POR TODOS LADOS 🟥 No dudo de la legitimidad de la página, pero la atención del señor JUAN RAMÍREZ ha sido PÉSIMA. Agresivo y mal educado, entrometido y faltando al respeto. Lástima que su actitud me haya hecho desconfiar y cancelar mi viaje. ¡CERO CONFIANZA!

I can't believe that I found lookupvacations.com through airfarewatchdog.com! I used to have trust in that service, but no more! Such an unprofessional joke booking a flight with "lookupvacations.com". I made 2 reservations for 4 tickets from RDU to MCO at a price of $122/each. I waited and waited for a confirmation...but nothing. They never issued the tickets and when I tried to call them their "call center" lines were terrible. I couldn't hear them...the audio kept going out. Finally they said they could talk to me through Skype...which I did not do. The next day I emailed them for a status on both of my bookings...they then promptly canceled both my bookings. I trusted airfarewatchdog.com to do business with reputable companies who are professionals in the travel business. This interaction with lookupvacations.com has made me question the validity of airfarewatchdog.com and I will ensure that I am sharing this terrible experience on the many travel sites that I contribute to. Highly disappointing, I won't use either site ever again. DO NOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE SITES.

El vendedor "Juan" me ha mentido Quise comprar un pasaje (billete de avion solo ida, Bcn-Bue con fecha 07/01) por €706 el cual NO incluía comida, me dijo que ya no había, que me ofrecía otra opción por €878,86 y que esta SI incluía ese servicio + selección de asiento, etc Le he preguntado en varias ocasiones si realmente me incluía comida a lo que el respondía que SI, incluso le pedí detalle de ese servicio y dijo que ya lo recibiria! Algo que Jamás sucedio. Para mi sorpesa no he recibido NADA en todo el vuelo! No me incluía ni un café! ME SIENTO ESTAFADA Observación...deberian tener vendedores de habla ispana ya que quien me atendía se enfadaba cada vez que no nos comprendiamos. Muy mala experiencia, Primera y última vez que utilizo esta empresa Por supuesto "NO LA RECOMIENDO"

WE NEVER ACCEPTED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION AND AUTHORIZATION SENT BY EMAIL but they have charged the quantities in my credit card without my consent. When I see the charges in my bank I send them a email for returning hem to me the charges but they send me the booking Iberia 354XWQ with the wrong surnames and now they say that they can't do anything. I think they are scammers because raise the prices and do charges in your credit card without your authoritation. I'm trying to fix it but they say that They can do anything, even when it has been his own wrong. I'll keep this bad opinion until the give me a solution.
