The hardware I bought was Oil Rubbed Bronze knobs and pulls for my living room furniture. I didn't like the zinc cheap hardware most furniture comes with nowadays. So I bought these - pretty happy. They are heavy - and good detail. It took a few days to get them so that i smy only complaint.

I spent a fortune on 6 Crystal Fluted Door Knob (Georgian Roped Plate Brushed Nickel) for our home that we are remodeling. I bought them in October but was not able to put them in until December. My construction supervisor (a master carpenter and perfectionist) installed all the handles. He told me as he installed them that the inside works were very cheaply made and not worth what I paid for them. Great! We started having trouble with the one on the master bedroom door right away. It was hard to turn. So he took it off and reinstalled it. It turned a little better, but it clicked every time I turned it. Yesterday morning I turned the knob to get out of our bedroom and it just kept turning! I was afraid I was going to have to crawl out of the bedroom window to get out. I emailed Look In The Attic customer service and they would not stand behind their product! Will said it was past the return date and there was nothing they could do. He said we probably put it on wrong. My construction supervisor has been building houses and remodeling houses for 30 years. He knows how to put on a door knob! I will never buy from them again!

I wanted exact knobs made from brass for my kitchen. It is a 1930s home - and it needs a lot of work. I have been working on this home a long time. The brass knobs needed to be solid with a particular pattern. I found them online but I needed them without lacquer. They really came through. I got the knobs after a while and they have started to turn and patina already. They look original as if they have been in my house since the beginning. I really like the attention they paid to me - and the detailing too. It is hard to find a company like this. Thank you.

AVOID!!! Fraudulent Store If I could give zero stars I would do it with this store. Should be called "look in your wallet to see what they stole from you store" Never shipped the item I ordered, but charged my credit card. Then asked for MORE $$$ for additional shipping saying the address was incorrect - and I have a screenshot of the correct address in their form. Yelp reviews and BBB reviews also confirm this isn't the first time they have taken peoples money an never delivered the item. Avoid at all costs

I am a bit meticulous when it comes to colors and designs. The variety of their products never failed to impress me. It is easy for me to mix and match my interior and the colors suits my taste (and also the design). Highly recommended!

This is the best service provider. I would recommend this place to anyone. They helped me so much to solve my problem.

DO NOT use this company. They advertised a desk hardware handle as 2 3/4" center to center which was critical to fit in the existing drawer holes. The item was actually 2 7/8". They did accept the return BUT would not waive the 18% restocking fee AND charged me for their original shipping cost DESPITE the fact this was all due to their error. Having not read these reviews ahead of time, I assumed they would act as a reputable company would. WRONG.

very nice job on some custom work - we made 35 lion heads, 43 knockers and 75 entryway sets. all in a tricky oil bronze and verdigris mix.it was a tall order but you really came through with flying colors. thanks for making this condo group of buidings look great. i will be back for porch lights and maybe some more home and garden stuff. jeff
