I bought a Lookee for my stage 3 emphysema on Amazon. After four months, it stopped working. When I contacted Amazon, they told me to reach out to Lookee directly because they wouldn't refund or replace it. Frustrated, I canceled my Amazon account and email. I then contacted Lookee and explained my issue. Customer service representative James asked for my Amazon purchase details. I explained I no longer had access to the Amazon app; he didn't seem to care. He has the serial number of my Lookee device and can see where I bought it. Unfortunately, Lookee doesn't support its product or offer replacements. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need an OSP2 sensor.

I purchased an O Ring monitor 8 months ago . It worked for 2 months then did not accept a charge . Because it had passed an initial warranty period I was asked to pay $30US. processing fee and had to mail to Vancouver another $25 C. A replacement was sent from Ontario, my home province . Failure again . They asked for mailing costs again . Failure again . Letter received over a month ago saying they would rectify at no cost to me . No further response after two letters from me .

I bought one of these in 2022 and while it worked decently at first, I found after a couple of nights that I didn't need to continuously monitor my sleep O2, so it sat in a drawer until just recently when I figured I should check things again. I charged it up, it worked that night but then it wouldn't connect to the app; I contacted Lookee's customer service and they helped me sort that out- but then the unit just suddenly wouldn't work. The display didn't show what it should have and the light and sensor failed. After two weeks of emails back and forth with customer service they finally determined that it was dead but since it was past the warranty period, I was just out of luck. I used it a total of FOUR TIMES before it died. They offered me a 10% discount to buy a new one though- in case I was dumb enough to want to risk spending $250 again and hoping this was a rare hardware failure. Nope. Not going to happen. My unit should have lasted for many, many years of continuous use- not 4 times and that's it. I wouldn't risk buying any Lookee product again now that I know how they stand behind their stuff.
