I booked a round trip flight from New York to Houston on lookbookflights I had never heard or used this company before but it was recommended by one of my friends. I spoke with Elisa and she was really nice, helpful, efficient and did the best she could for me even to choose my seat assignment. I also took out the travel insurance. SHe stayed on the phone with me until I received my e-tickets and made sure that everything was correct. I really appreciate her .i will recommend this company to everyone will use LOOKBOOKFLIGHTS again !
