I have never came across a false advertising company like this. I booked a flight, a short while ago for $282. I called the customer service # as I wanted to discuss insurance for the flight. Firstly the call was disconnected twice, on the third time the agent Alex called back, second, he was polite in the beginning and then started arguing with me when he discussed the Delta has changed their taxes, so my card will be charged $60 more, ( $342) . I let him know this is false advertising, no where did it said price subjective to change. After booking the screen said flight would be confirmed once card verification occurs. Miss leading information, as it is not card verification but ticket price verification. I was informed they usually call in 24 hrs to let you know the new price. What if I was travelling the next day and the price changed to what I cannot afford? Everyone need to see this, this is so wrong to customers who are eager to book a flight after covid restrictions. EVERYONE BE AWARE! Do not use this site, what a scam, I asked to have the ticket at the price advertised and was denied this, abuse of customer rights! This needs to go to BBB and a lawyer. I asked that my email provide the reasons why I had to cancel the ticket ( false advertising). This does not deserve one star, it should be a red thumb pointing downward before a star. Digusting to know, this is a site that exist! Any lawyer reading this and willing to take this case, let me know, it is one of false advertising, abuse and emotional disturbance( post could restrictions ).

I really enjoyed my agent . She went out of her way to get me the best deal and cheapest. Don’t forget I understood her English very well. She was very thorough and polite and called back when I needed help. I shall remember to book with u all always . Thank you

This is NOT a real business. This is definitely a scam. So sad and pathetic.

Worse customer service, they don't honor prices, I booked my flight on 5\27\2021 for the amount of $1797.00 and then they told me that i needed to pay $500.00 more?? what a rip off, this is how you do business. and they don't have a supervisor??? I will never NEVER EVER will recommend this site. I hope they read this review because I'm taking legal action if this issue won't get resolved ASAP.

This company is incompetent. Nasty customer service, flight changes, price increases. I could go on and on but I think you see where I’m going with this. They should be investigated. Somethings way off with this company. Never again!!!! 😡

WHAT EVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT DUE TO COVID LAST YEAR AND THEY SAID WE COULD RESCHEDULE FOR THIS YEAR BUT THEY TRIED TO DOUBLE THE COST. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND ITS BEEN 2+ MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. THEY EITHER GIVE A EXCUSE OR THE LINE IS BUSY WHEN YOU CALL. I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY IS SHUT DOWN! I ALREADY FORWARDED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBC, I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT, SUE, THE PREVIOUS PERSON MENTIONED SENDING A COMPLAINT TO AN ATTORNEY GENERAL WHICH SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS THE WORST EVER WENT ON-LINE AND BOOKED TWO ONEWAY TICKETS FOR 172.74 (9 SEATS LEFT) TWO DAYS LATER I GET A PHONE CALL AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE NO CONFIRMATION FROM DELTA FOR THAT PRICE AND THEN GIVE ME ANOTHER PRICE 232.00 FOR MORE THAN I CAN GET FROM ANOTHER AIRLINE!!! WENT ON-LINE AND LOOKED UP THE SAME FLIGHT AGAIN AND NOW THE WEBSITE SAYS 183.83 (9 SEATS LEFT) SO I CALLED WHILE I WAS ONLINE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT ALL THOSE SEATS FOR THAT PRICE ARE GONE AS WELL!!!!!!!! NOW THE SEATS ARE 276.00 THEY SHOULD HAVE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL LOOK INTO THE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY, BBB SHOULD ALSO LOOK INTO THEM AS WELL AND BE VIGILANT KEEP SHYSTERS THAT TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE OFF-LINE !!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE! DON'T USE A few weeks ago I started looking into flights from Florida to the Washington DC area. I used Booking Buddy like I have several times before. One of their websites to check out was called LookBookFlight. This website had the cheapest plane tickets for what I was looking at. I bought a ticket through them and received a confirmation email. Within a few days I received another email saying that my flight had been cancelled. I tried calling them several times to see why it was cancelled, each time the phone line was busy. They had 4 numbers listed on their website and I called every one with the same result. I tried emailing them too with no response. Luckily they never charged my credit card, but I will never use them again. Total SCAM
