Great Experience
The service and prices are excellent, ties ordered came in quickly and the prices were the best that I have ever seen for "long" ties.

Very pleased and I would order from them again.
I would highly recommend you ordering from this company. They sent the tie Priority mail so I would have it on time for Father's Day. I never asked for any special service. They went above and beyond what I expected. Give them a try!

Very good murchandise.
This is a good website except thereis a problem with their security certificate. I had to have a tie so I called Ben Jones, the owner and he took the orger over the phone. He was a very kind man and was very interested in my problem with the security certificate.

We have tested the security certificate extensively and have found everything to be in order. It appears that the issue you encountered probably had to do with the old version of Internet Explorer you were using. Absolutely amazing service and products!

Sad!!
I so hoped the order would come in time for our grand daughter's wedding. It did not so I was sad!! It was probably my fault as we had to leave for wedding 2 days ahead. I have not opened box, how can I return them and have money refunded?

Had we known that you needed it in less than the standard 5 business days we certainly would have upgraded your shipping to get it there in time. Great Value
I found that the ties are of very good quality. I am surrounded by a younger generation who don't even seem to know how to make a proper knot with a tie. I will say that if the ties were six inches longer I'd be even more pleased. I like to tie either a full Windsor knot or a half Windsor and that requires a bit more length. If you can't have the manufacturer add the length, then ask that he put the retaining loop on the inside of the tie up another 5-6 inches from the tip.

The site is itself is so friendly.
I just ordered my ties last night so I cannot comment about them, but I can comment about the site itself. On one tie you have actually added comments about what color suit or sport coat and the shirt colors to wear with that tie. As a woman buying for her husband, I really appreciated that. I just bought him a Khaki colored sport coat, so I was hoping to find more orange colors. But I did buy 6 ties so I sure found others I liked. Thank you for making it easy.
