Ordered several ties, but one had a significant defect and another the color did not match what was shown online. Not a huge deal but the company is non-responsive on how to return them. Zero stars for customer service.

I ordered 3 ties the first time and I got 2 ties and no explanation. I then ordered 5 ties at a 40% discount and I haven’t received them yet.

I ordered on January 3rd. Although I got immediate confirmation of my order, as of 10 days later, I still have not received a shipping notification. Could have used the ties last week for my new job, but I'll just have to continue to improvise until such time as the Long Tie Store gets around to shipping my order.

Ties aren’t great. I’m a big guy who doesn’t like skinny knots. I bought longer ties so I can have a decent size knot and the ties ends where it should. The ties end where they should but the knots turn out to be small. Good concept, but it’s just not for me.

Overall quality is not what I am use to. Very thin material. I would pay more for higher quality

I so hoped the order would come in time for our grand daughter's wedding. It did not so I was sad!! It was probably my fault as we had to leave for wedding 2 days ahead. I have not opened box, how can I return them and have money refunded?

I decided to buy ties from Long tie Store after reading all the wonderful reviews. I'm 6'4" tall and enjoy wearing ties (good quality silk ties). I own many ties, most Italian made silk ties. I couldn't believe the price of the ties from Long tie Store and was skeptical,. I read that they were woven silk, so I assumed that the quality would be good. However after receiving my 4 ties , I realized that the quality was not what was advertised. As I said I own many silk ties( ranging from $40 - $150) and I am familiar with the feel of a quality made silk tie. These ties from long tie store are average at best and can be purchased from any department store for the same price $20. After further inspection of my newly purchased ties, I realized they were made in CHINA. I guess you get what you paid for. These ties can be used for gifts (for my teenage nephews) but not for my own personal wardrobe. Quality woven silk ties are Italian, English and some American made.. Never made in China. I will probably use This site as a last resort gift shop for buying ties for Tall family members and friends. Very Disappointed customer!! Nick

I thought I would look for some "bargain" neckties. Sadly they weren't bargains. Just cheap ties that look and feel like cheap ties.
