I was trying to find a tie that would match my fiance's accessories. I've gotten used to buying ties that weren't going to be long enough and just making them work. But going from store to store to match the color and find a style that matches what I wear? Wasn't working, Through a random web search, I found the Long Tie Store, but my expectations were modest. The selection was larger than major department stores where I'd been looking previously. (And they're long, to boot.) Turns out I found the tie I wore at the wedding. It showed in 3 days with standard shipping. I matched my now-wife well (without being obnoxious). Oh, and it was on sale so an obscenely low price. Highly recommended. I will most certainly be back.

I have ordered on three different occasions from the Long Tie Store. I've been extremely impressed with the quality and delivery of their product and have recommended this company to my friends and family. Gone are the days of trying to stretch a regular size tie down to the belt. On my last order, the package was delivered however somehow it was thrown away, (no one admits to it in my household, but it was). I sent an email and asked if they could duplicate the order and explained the situation. I did ask for a discount. When I read the reply, it was one of those “significant emotional experiences” in customer service that we don’t experience as often in today’s world. They replaced the tie without charge. Now I add to my review, amazing customer service – outstanding!

I ordered a burgundy tie and it came out of the box looking very red. The label on the tie said burgundy, but it wasn't what I had hoped for.
