I was alittle skeptical at first because all I was doing was sending e-mails and after my horrible experience with my timeshare, I figured I would just have to accept the fact that I had been duped and that I would never be released from escalating suffocating maintenance fees for a timeshare that I had never even used. However things started taking shape right away and Lonestar was patient, super-professional, and walked me right through every single step with dignity and precision. I really appreciate that and I am SO glad that I did this with Lonestar and the hubby and I are so relieved to finally be through the process and fully released from our awful timeshare. Highly recommend hiring Lonestar--it is a process, however you DO NOT have to be stuck with your timeshare!!

Lonestar Transfer took over after another firm botched the job, dragging their feet doing nothing for over 7 months and resolved everything within 120 days.
