I put a really bad review on for this company. They have now sent me a full refund for which I very much appreciate. It did take quite a few emails. But they have turned the situation around. Much appreciated I will just put it down to a one off

If I could I would give 0 starts.Item came broken.all evidences were send.they said that would send new item.I do not needed this item more,because waiting time were long .They said that I would be refunded.Passed month ignoring my emails and still no money no item

Not very happy at all I ordered a fruit 🍇 washer and recieved and bucket washer machine how on earth can you get that so wrong ! It will help if someone actually read their emails. I have sent numerous emails regarding my name and sending wrong item. I still get called by the wrong name and do not receive answers to my questions.

Bought a pair of " self adjusting " glasses, the advert said 100% refund if not satisfied. I found that the glasses were of no use other than very close up reading glasses. When I asked them for a refund they said that I would have to pay the return postage, UK to USA, which would be more than the refund value. This is a scam company advertising on Facebook. Avoid using this company.

Very poor sevice, bought the correction glasses, they don't work at all. tried to get money back, they refused then said yes, didn't get one so emailed again, and again wanted me to send them back to china at own cost, went to paypal and they refused my refund too. veru bad service, AVOID LIKE PLAGUE They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.

Never ever shop from this this awful company they should not be aloud to trade. I also did not get the correct item i spent well over £60 with them to get the right item. When i asked for my They money back because they continued to send the wrong thing they offered me £4.50 they are criminals.
