DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. VERYYYYY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I returned all the items and got confirmation that they received it in their warehouse. Their websites clearly states that it takes 5 business days to refund me. Well 10 days later and I finally hear from them saying they are refunding me everything. Great...well 2 days later they e-mail me on a Friday at 5:45 that one item is damaged. Had to wait until the next business day (Tuesday) to contact them. I called and spoke to a young lady who was extremely rude and no help at all. I just decided to accept whatever they wanted to refund me and 'abandon' the item. I even asked for pictures and of course they never sent them. It's almost been a month and I am still waiting on my refund. I am not used to these types of situations with retailers, but well I guess you get what you pay for. Never ever purchasing from them again.

This company has an "F" rating with the BBB and now I can see why after spending a lot of money with them in the last 3 years I never expected the horrible treatment I received from the customer service team if you can call it that at all. Google this company and you'll see a ton of complaints about them. I never had an issue with them until the ONE TIME I needed to return a pair of shoes that came marked as a 7.5 [the size I always order from them] but they fit like an 8. In addition these were thigh high boots and the leg part of the boot was more like legging material which was too big and falling down my leg and it also look very poorly made. So I sent an email stating the issues and asking for a return label. They respond telling me to ship them back on my dime etc etc. Now I was mad all the $ they got from me and they refuse to pay $7 for a return label for DEFECTIVE SHOES. Then when I point this out they tell me to send pictures and allege the shoes were worn they want pictures of the sole of the shoe. Now I have no problem showing they aren't worn but its the accusatory way they wrote the email essentially calling me a liar that I took issue with. Bc any other time I've dealt with CS there was no issue they were polite and friendly and helpful but this was the first time I had requested a return label. At this point im so made I send an email pointing out how rude they are being and how I had been a loyal longtime customer. They send the THE SAME email back ignoring everything I point out to them about how I shouldn't be responsible for shipping back a DEFECTIVE ITEM. I filed a complaint with the BBB to which they respond by attacking me and saying that I am uncooperative and hard to deal with, again don't apologize for sending me a defective item and offer no solution, they just bash me personally and add in some information that was untrue. They have lost a 3 year customer for good. IF these shoes finally get returned and refunded to me I will still never patronize this store again because I refuse to spend money with a store that would say negative things about their customer over ONE PAIR OF SHOES. Had they apologized for the defective shoe and offered to return them for a credit or replace them I would have continued to spend hundreds of dollars a year with them. I really hate to think all the money they got from me only to treat me so horribly of $7 return label. Eventually the way they treat their customers will catch up to them that is for sure bc there are hundreds of negative reviews out there just like mine.

THEY TAKE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EVEN EXCHANGE...THE GARMENTS AND SHOES ARE MADE OF THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS POSSIBLE AND FALL APART AND UNRAVEL LITERALLY WITHIN MINUTES OF PUTTING THEM ON... IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PURCHASING FOR THE HOLIDAYS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE FROM AN EMBARRASSING MOMENT WHILE WEARING THEY'RE CHEAP PRODUCTS!! THE MOMENT THERE IS A PROBLEM CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOIDS YOU LIKE " THE BLACK PLAGUE" AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR EMAILS WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS.... SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR FRAUDULENT PRACTICE AND JUST REMEMBER... KARMA'S A MOTHER!!

Probably the worst online shop I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, especially for cheap shoes. They sent me a damaged pair and now are jacking me around for 2 weeks because they refuse to pay for shipping for items they sent that are not satisfactory. At this point I'll have to not just waste my time but also my own money and send it back in the hopes I at least get some of it back. What a phony company with zero customer service and a fake phone number that either rings for days or is busy for days. Save your money and shop else where for similar shoes at actually cheaper prices with better service.

Hello, After purchasing two pairs of shoes from your website, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. The shoes just look so cheap and have that horrible Chinese factory smell even though I spent 250$usd + 50$ in duties. I heard about this website from YouTube and frankly I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Horrible experience.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! they have literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced on numerous occasions. The last straw was being sent a defective cuffed up pair of shoes and being told that I must pay out of MY OWN POCKET to return them! WHAT A LOAD OF BS. punishing customers for THEIR mistakes?? I think not. If your willing to take the risk, go ahead and buy from them. But they are a greedy company who really doesn't care about their customers. Never again!
