I had terrible customer service from the beginning. It took a very long time to get the logo. I actually settled just to be able to move forward. The logo didn’t look much different than clip art. Before the process even started I asked my first contact, clearly a salesman, if copyright was included. I was told yes. Then I was passed on to a project manager. I think it took at least 2 months to finally get the logo I settled on. I will probably update it someday to something less clip art looking but like I said, I needed to move forward. But then... I was told I had to pay $250 to copyright or $1500 to Trademark. Of course now that they want more money they certainly reach out often! I'm not even sure if copyright would be helpful to me or not but ever time I ask it just cones back to them wanting more money! Will never recommend them. I just look at a website on making my own logi with CLIP ART and it has almost the exact same option as the one Logo Verse made without and editing! Unbelievable!!!
