I used Logo Verse for several years to manage the website, domain, hosting, and business email for MTee Tax Service, my tax preparation business. Unfortunately, I experienced serious issues, including my business email going down during tax season when communication with my clients is extremely important. I was charged approximately $1,000 for work related to that issue and later quoted another $1,380 for website work. When I decided to leave, obtaining control of my domain and business email became a stressful and difficult process. Although they eventually transferred my domain, I ultimately hired another IT professional and moved my business email to a different provider. Based on my experience, I would not use Logo Verse again.

I had a terrible experience with a logo designer for my rock band. Despite clearly stating that I am a woman, the designer continued to send me male-centric logo options. When I requested a refund of the £69.00 I paid, the designer refused and attempted to send me a logo from BrandCrowd, a clear violation of copyright laws. I have reported this designer to my Visa card company and urge others to do the same. This company is a scam and a disgrace to serious designers. Please beware and avoid working with them at all costs. Stop your order and contact your bank to prevent the payment from going through.

I would not recommend this company. I went into business with them to start a clothing line and this has been over a year ago and still no products. At this point, I only want my money returned due to not receiving any products contracted for. I cannot afford to just give away money. And now I can’t even get a call to tell me the status. The only way to handle this is through a lawsuit. Do yourself a favorite and stay away from this company. This organization operates under many different names. I won’t post the full address but it is Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY. The date of the original invoice 0791007 is May 17, 2022 for $475.00. I have a screenshot and my credit card statement for this invoice and all invoices that followed.

Terrible customer service. It took me over a month to get my logos. My emails went unanswered, I tried texting and calling my project manager, I emailed customer service and the rep who initially onboarded me with no answer. When I finally got my logos, I was promised complimentary business cards, letterhead and other stationary design for the delays. These have still not materialized and they are over a week overdue as of me writing this.

LOGOVERSE has been very helpful engineering my website and have been insightful on giving many options and ideas. The undivided attention that the Project Manager Bryan Dodson gives his clients is invaluable. Reaching out to the project manager and expressing concerns about the website project with Logo Verse and Bryan Dodson. The negative experience and when given constructive suggestions on who and how my client is different than Bryan Dodson is used to dealing with, he did not manage the project well. It's important to have open communication and transparency throughout a project, especially when it comes to budget and timeline. The insufficiency of Bryan Dodson, he did not give clear information about the costs of the project, and did not listen to concerns. Being asked to leave a premature rating on Trust Pilot, which may have influenced my overall impression of my initial experience. It's important to take the time to evaluate a project fully before making a final assessment. As a project manager Bryan Dodson has this knowledge and should adhere to this. I hope by sharing this experience with others through this review. It may serve as a cautionary tale for those considering working with Logo Verse and Bryan Dodson.
