The worst customer service experience I ever had in my entire life. It is over a month now and getting the last and final product which is the stationery designs have taken me too much and time and effort, that person doing the design care less how long it takes. A couple of weeks ago, he tried to sell me the same platinum package I paid for, so I can have the stationery designs. I will never use this company ever again and do not recommend using them, and I will not in good sense recommend any of my friends or family to use this company as I don't want them to experience the same thing. I previously stated that Logo Venture hired a 3rd party vendor called Teamwork.com to do the designs. I am now stand corrected, Teamwork.com is a software company "Project Management" used by Logo Venture" and not a 3rd party vendor to do the design.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! There are many other site out there that will give you less than half the rate these guys are charging. I regret not doing my research before hand. Their quality of work is extremely poor. You can basically download an app and make it yourself. I was extremely disappointed. I ended up creating my own logo, and they changed the color. I basically did the work and paid them. After I have paid and finalize the logo, I was charged more money to registered my logo when I did not have to ands told not only one employee but two saying I MUST pay for registration of my logo if I wanted to use it. I did not know any better, until I spoken to many people claiming that was not true, and I had the option not to register it if I chose to. I immediately called them back demanding my money back, and they have refused multiple times. I have even spoken to the "manager" who said there was nothing I can do about it and the transaction was already in process. WOW WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I then asked him very clearly did I have to register it in order to use it? he reply "no". THEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! They then send me an email claming they had suspended the employee and designer and by doing so they ask me to remove my review. I REFUSED. not good enough!!!! I want my money back!!!! They have even offer me 100 dollars for compensation and also ask me to remove this review once more. I DECLINED again. These guys are so unprofessional. As I am currently updating my review to add new information because I want everyone to know and be aware. They have even tried to breach and report this review. everything i have said was the truth. I did not cross any line. So here I am updating. I am currently trying to get a charge back on my credit card for the registration fee that I did not have to pay for given the situation that they said I HAD to. I really do feel as a new business customer I have been taken advantage of. These guys do not care, they just want your money. At this point I had to go through all the inconvenience of writing reviews, dealing with my credit card company, and nothing but headaches with this company. I just feel a lot better letting everyone know about my experience because I truly do think there are so many better companies out there that you can support instead. I am suspicious of the reviews here on Trustpilot If you go on GOOGLE reviews there are MANY REAL PEOPLE that had the same experience as I. Please do your research.

I had such a bad experience with this company that it's my duty to share my experience. I had tried many of the free logo services out there and wouldn’t you know it, they all had a fee associated with them if you wanted one of the logos they produced. I found logo venture, and add agency and thought, this is where I’m going to get a professional logo. So the guy talked me into paying the $139.99 fee so they could get started. I told them upfront that if this was an algorithm program I did not want to pay $139 for somebody to type some words into a computer and let it spit out the logo. To me, that is not a personal logo, no originality came from them at all, most of their logo samples were laughable at least, but downright bad, very bad work. After four weeks of nothing but crap on top of more crap I was trying to get my money back and that prove to be a challenge. So let me save you all the headache, choose your logo service wisely. Read the reviews, people will tell you what they think.

Don't do it! I spent almost a month fighting with them just to get them to respond to me. I always had to initiate the conversation and never got updates on how my logo was coming. I asked for my money back numerous times and they just kept telling me that they needed a reason before they would do it. I listed 15 reasons and they said that still wasn't good enough. Once you buy a package beware! They will try to sell you an arm and a leg once you have paid. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

You will promised to get unlimited revisions, but the quality is very poor. Free App will design your logo way better than Logoventure.com I paid for the unlimited service for $175 December 8, 2017. I paid with credit card and they promised to give refund if I didn't like the service they provide. But after 5th revision, I realized Logo Venture will not meet my expectation, so I requested refund. One of the account manager called quickly and asked for one last chance. I gave them the last chance but still poor quality was provided. When I requested the refund again, they ignored it for a few days. I finally called them and had another representative ask for last chance, but this time I said no. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because Logo Venture will not give refund. First I had 3 way calling with Capital One on January 8th, 2018, Logo Venture said they only release the refund on 15th every month, but they did provide refund authorization code. Make sure you write that down or request email from Logo Venture. I waited or forgot about it until January 30th, 2018 and still no refund, I had to call Capital One again, and since Capital One had all the evidence from January 8th call, Capital One went ahead and finally disputed the charge. Logo Venture will keep giving you excuses until you take actions or until you forget.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The customer service is terrible. They were nonresponsive, sent me the wrong logo, changed the colors with out me saying so, and I didn't receive the icon that they were supposed to design. Again, do not use these company.

They talked me into upgrading my order, then I haven't heard anything. Even their support email is no longer functional. I would avoid and find somewhere reputable.
