Logo ventures took so long to deliver when I had explained it was urgent.

Would not recommend or use again. Rude and unprofessional. Hard to contact - does not respond to email when there is a request and comes back to say my request is not within a timely manner so need to pay again for the service.

I inquired about their service months ago, and they won't stop contacting me after repeated requests to stop advertising to me over phone and email as I didn't need their service anymore. I tried to call them today and speak to management about the issue and they hung up on my face and refused to pick up the phone after two repeated attempts to call. I was not once rude/ disprespectful on the phone or in writing, so it's not like they can say I was being abusive. I've never seen anything so unprofessional — the actual definition of spineless pests.

Signed up to have a logo designed and was happy with the logo designed then when it came time to get the actual logo was hit with the up sell to websites and logo registration which I declined. Requested I just be sent the logo I had chosen and paid for. The guy actually hung up on me and I haven't heard anything for 3 days now. Far from impressed. Just trying to get my money back now but getting no response. So I did get a response and now have my logo, but only after leaving a bad review. I was told the logo was on its way and it take s time, but seems convenient it arrived just after I left my review. Now I've had an argument on the phone to remove my review because apparently what I said didn't happen. I ended the call and then was called back immediately twice trying to get me to change the review. I'm happy with the Logo I finally received and I'll leave it at that.

I had used this firm to create a logo for me that I was happy with and then they tried to upsell me constantly.  One of the upsells was for international registration of the logo.  In fact, it is really unclear what is even protected, I got a certificate from a private company and nothing is actually submitted to any government agency.  In fact, all you are receiving is a certificate that states that your work is posted on this privately owned website.  If this website were to shut down, you have nothing.  I think you get as much protection simply assing the logo to any website you own or an email signature. Logo Venture is deceptive, making you believe that you are getting registered with a legitimate agency when in fact you are not.  You need to know this. I question the legitimacy of this organization for the following reasons:1. I was not able to track down any legitimate office in the US, though they present themselves as being a US company.2. The representatives use surnames that are generic American names.3. They avoid my calls and say they will call back or email and they do not respond, they have made no attempt to resolve this with me at all.4. Instead of making any attempt to resolve this, all they do is to try and silence your reviews like they did here, making it as not legitimate so that it will be removed.  That only makes me now seek another place I can review them.   People need to know, they should avoid this company.  Check out other review sites and you will see that when they cannot manipulate reviews, they are seen as they are and they do not like us to see them as they are.  The truth is bad for business with Logo Venture.

SO DISAPPOINTING After reading so many reviews on here, I thought I was dealing with a professional company. I don’t know if it’s the company or the people working on my logo and website. Initially, I bought the basic pack from Logo Venture to work on logos. When that was finalised, which took quite some time, I was convinced that I would better off with a customised website. After some initial misgivings, I went with it, as Henry offered back office training on the website, as well as he offered to help set up on other social media. This all started in the beginning of October. There has been very little, if any communication from them. I informed them that I wanted things up and running for the Boxing Day sales, to which I was informed, was possible. I haven’t heard from them for approximately 3 weeks. NOTHING !! Not even the logos so I could get things printed. I finally received my logos but was too late for the Christmas/Boxing Day sales. My suppliers are now closed for the Christmas/New Years period. I’m so disappointed. I have commenced procedures in gaining a refund.

My project manager was the absolute worst person to deal with on this earth. I have never had a more disappointing experience with a company. On the phone he was condescending and via email he was defensive and ignored clear and basic instructions, so getting your work progressing is an outright nightmare. They advertise certain inclusions in your package using basic words they don't quite understand like "unlimited concepts" and "unlimited revisions" and then when I asked for more concepts or changes, the project manager said (quote) "There is always a limit". Meanwhile, at this point I had only been provided with 4 concepts which were in line with my design preferences. Pathetic! Originally, I located this company via google at logoventures.com.au which I thought was great because I wanted to deal with a local company. WRONG! To me, they appear as though they are based in Australia but I was absolutely shocked when I paid for the logo package in USD (almost $100 more than the AUD amount after conversion). I asked about it on the phone and the project manager said, "Read the fine print on the T&C's, it's clearly stated". Then you look and it's the last line of their fine print. Extremely unprofessional and worse...they took no responsibility about making me feel I had been tricked into buying their services! I said this wasn't acceptable and he said to me, "let me see what I can offer you as compensation". Comes back a few minutes later and says, "I will offer you some free additional features". I thought great, they are reasonable to deal with after all. WRONG! He then followed up by saying I'd only get that if I pay the exorbitant fee to trademark my logo. *** That's not compensation, that's up-selling! *** Be careful people, they seem to me to be despatate for money and in my opinion may try anything to get it! After the project was completed, I got an email offering me further services. The email said it was from the project manager that was well aware I was not happy with his work. It was obviously an automated ‘up sell’ email because they know I would never do business with them again. Just another example of their unprofessional approach to sales and ignorance of their customers needs and expectations. I will do my best to share this experience through as many channels as possible. If you have had a similar experience with them, please do the same so that this profound unprofessionalism can't put others through the same terrible experience over something simple like a logo.

Unprofessional… The design manager told me I was dumb because I didn't understand the "webpage" language. He ranted on and on. I asked to speak to someone else and he wouldn't transfer me. They also do not respond within 24-48 hours. This company takes your money upfront and changes its T&C's along the process. "Haha, we have your money and you aren't getting it back".
