Logo VentureReviews of logoventure.com

Jeff Martin was designing a website and logo for me in Australia. He run his business under the name of Melbourne Designs. He behaves like a professional, has a proper company website and calls from local phone number. I lost 7000AUD. All he delivered was a template website and charged for any add-ons that should have been part of the website development. He has a team of people that pretend to be whatever he needs, like lawyers, trademark advisors, attorneys etc. At some point he disappeared on me, switched off his emails and phone numbers. I only managed to take down his listing on Google since the business address was fake. He should get life sentence or I hope someone will take him down. He has got several email addresses: jeff.martin-at-logoventure.com, jeff.melbournedesigns-at-gmail.com Following this fraud, someone hacked into my Facebook account. I am suspecting him or his team as he knew much about me.

$2000 out of pocket and nothing to show. Logo Venture have some extremly dodgy business practices. I struggle to understand how they have even one positive review. I suggest reading their google reviews as they are more accurate.

This is the worst graphic design company in existence. They scam you with upgrades and try and force you to register with IP Australia at the end. All logo images look like free stock vectors. Hugely disappointed. Feel ripped off. Still haven't received what I paid for.

!!BIG SCAM!! Logo Venture have multiple 1 star reviews they say you have a money back gaurantee but they will just make up every excuse they can not to refund you.

Initially, everything was good. Logos were good, communication was good. When it came to the end, however, they tried to do the big upsell of a website and digital rights to the image. When I said I was not interested and I would like my logo's the contact H…. was really aggressive and ended up bullying/shouting at me over the phone, trying to scare me with $8000 fines and all sorts of garbage. This got quite heated! We talked about getting the .AI files for the logo throughout the process and when it got to the end it was not delivered. Only PNG, JPG and the image in a PDF. I'd rather hire another company to start all over again they pay these people more money to get the proper formats for the logo.

Terrible experience. They claim they are located in Sydney Australia, however every time I tried to get in touch with them I was diverted to some place overseas with representatives that would hang up and make a Mockery out of you. I asked for a full refund as the logo I received was shocking, i did not hear back from them until I sent 100s of emails. I also had the sales people laugh at me and curse. A lot of their reviews are fake. See their google reviews and a lot of them are done by the same people who have “coincidentally reviewed the exact same places. Please do your thorough research of this company.

Service was okay until the finalization of the project when the "designer" wanted an extra few hundred dollars for the big upsell at the end. When I did not want to commit to paying the extra money, the "designer" yelled at me, and was incredibly rude. This service is not one that I would recommend.
