Found the whole process easy, I received about 8 different logo designs and once I'd decided on a design concept there was no issue in making a number of changes until I was happy with the final logo design.

I love the results and the cost. Sometimes I wish that it would be able to be completed faster.

Trying to build a new business I'm very conscious of how and where I spend my time and I can honestly say the 45 mins I spent on the phone with Isaac was time well spent. He was clear and concise and happy to go with where my questions drove the meeting, rather than a pre-determined script. My only suggestion would be to verify international timings.
