Great quality shirts, excellent and prompt service.... great value.

Clear, detailed logo embroidery. Love material and fit. Also material did not crinkle at logo when washed, a common problem I get from cotton blend shirts.

Was very well kept up to speed on every step in the process with person to person emails, not being thrown into a general response cloud line others have done me. Very nice, professionally run buisness here will definitely be doing buisness with them again in the future...

We are a small group with only 14 staff members. So when looking for custom logo shirts, the pricing is not always within budget. We found that LogoShirtsDirect not only had the best pricing, but also had the best quality of shirts for the money. And, we had our logo embroidered, not screen printed. They also provided a mock up of what our logo and imprint would look like on the style and color of shirts we selected before purchasing. We all wore our shirts for a User's Group meeting, that we host, and that is held every 2 years. Everyone loved the shirts! They were comfortable and looked great! I believe we will be ordering additional shirts in the future. Thanks for providing a quality shirt at a reasonable price!

Excellent service. In fairness, I would rate my experience 4-1/2 stars if I could. Not everything went perfectly, but they bent over backwards to make it right. I ordered four shirts for my first order. Two of these were white oxford cloth shirts, but when they arrived they looked a bit old and yellowed. I understand there are degrees of white, but these didn't pass the test for the crisp white shirt look I wanted for my team. We used them anyway because we had a trade show to attend and we were out of time. In the aftermath of the show, I didn't immediately follow up with Logoshirtsdirect- it took me a couple of weeks or more to reach out and ask if anything could be done. I was really impressed that the person handling my issue offered to remake the shirts in a different fabric at no charge. This was above and beyond my expectations. And sure enough the new white shirts were very nice indeed. This is what customer loyalty looks like. And guess what, the next time we need shirts I won't go shopping. I'll call logoshirtsdirect. Because I believe customers should be loyal to suppliers who serve them well. These guys are my shirt vendor, period.
