Dinesh, I am not sure why you would give us a 1 Star review without even contacting us first about not liking the quality of the polo shirts you ordered. We sell over 100 various qualities of polo shirts that I am sure would meet your expectations. You purchased one of least expensive polo shirts that construction supervisors wear. If you would have reached out to us and asked for suggestions of what style polo shirt you are needing, then we would have offered you a higher quality polo. We offer sample shirts to customers to check quality before ordering. Our customer support team can suggest some options for you. I would have appreciated you giving us the opportunity to find you a better shirt before giving us 1 Star for a shirt that you purchased online without asking any questions about it. We have a 4.7 Star rating because we offer great customer service.

Nevin, as I told you in my email, you ordered the TALL size of the Carhartt jacket and that is why the sleeves are longer than you expected. I explained clearly that Carhartt makes Regular sizes and TALL sizes and you ordered the TALL size by mistake. The jacket is Not defective. The sleeves are longer because you ordered the TALL jacket. I offered you a discount for the Regular sized jacket.

Mr. Varcados is incorrect. We only had his order for 5 days before he received a full refund. The day after he placed his order he began berating our artists and calling us stupid before we ever sent proofs or mockups. He later admitted he was working with another company for some other project, and they were messing his art up. He was blaming us for their mistakes. Every subsequent day before we refunded the order, Mr. Varcados emailed a new and different explanation of how he wanted the art different and continued to berate and insult our staff. We refunded Mr. Varcados completely and apologized for not being able to fulfill his order. We love working with our clients and get 100s of reviews of people that love working with us. Our many clients come back to us again and again because we provide service they are happy with. It was clear Mr. Varcados would never have been happy with our work.
