Incompetent!
We have been trying to get 3 websites designed by this company for over 3 months, and we still do not have a concept we are happy with. We gave them a very clear brief, and have ignored several of the absolute requirements we gave them. Each time they came back to us with a revision, there were still at least 50% of all requested changes which hadn't been made. Consistently missed the deadlines they set themselves and tried to blame it on other factors The logos they designed were average and not as good as we were expecting. Communication is slow and some of the attitudes are diabolical. Just avoid them like the plague!
