Pros: 1. Good design ethics Cons: 1. Very slow turn around 2. No one feels responsible or takes resposnsibility to finish the project 3. Customer can never have an idea why they are not responding or when they will respond to one of our requests Its been 6months now, I am working with them. Since last 2 months, I have not heard from logoscientist. Half heartedly, I have agreed on one of the logos and they stopped responding back. At the time of payment, they were responding promptly and courteously. After payment, the behavior is ridiculous. I will not suggest any one to this company.

I have worked with this company on a simple website. We are still, after 3 months, on the first two pages of the wireframe. Read their refund policy before you sign up. They want all the money upfront. Once you pay, you re stuck. You can't get your money back and you can't get the work done. On top of that, someone lcalled Allan or working in the same capacity will call you trying to upswell you. Don't buy anything he is telling you if your work is not advancing. His nothing but a used car salesman.

Stay clear of this company. They are the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever had the worst pleasure of working with. After 2 months and $1500 later I am fighting for a refund because they could not deliver on quality, time or concept and says it's my fault even though they received continuous feedback from me correcting them on the same crap, they claimed that I kept changing things causing a delay so I don't qualify for a refund because they had to pay the workers, when clearly the site states 100% Refund if not satisfied. A site that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to create wasn't complete even after two months and it was for the dumbest things. They are like printers if I ask to have a paragraph included in a form why would you include my ending signature saying "Thank you (my name)" and to correct this would take two to three days of course because everything takes two to three days with them. I tried to even send screenshots with arrows . Save yourself the trouble use template monster get a $80-$200 site template and support for $40. Excellent service and fast. I had my Facebook up in 24 hrs.. I'm so upset I fell victim to such a con for a business.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS reviews are fake, logoscientist solicits reviews and most likely posts fake reviews. i've been unfortunately working with logo scientist for the past 2 months for a website design. during this time, they were slow to respond, executed requests poorly if even executed, and the only form of communication was excuses via emails. When i finally gave up and asked for a contract cancellation and refund (i have it in writing from the team that it was 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund) i was told no, i would only get 20% back bc i passed the window. Ridiculous bc i had not approved of the design their scam is that they will show you a template for home page, and if you approve they move on to inner pages. however, approval of home page forces you to lose all rights for full refund, even though you have not approved of any of the design/functionality of the inner pages! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible logo and overpriced. Had to get logo redesigned by another company at less than a third of the price. 10 concepts, 9 designs were beyond terrible, one was somewhere closer to the brief but still did not look great.

I developed my website trough Logo Scientist on first impression I thought that would be a great and excited project, turns out complete waste of time, money and frustration. They work between Uk and USA in London they just got few guys, the all team its in USA, the communication doesn't existe, there's not commitment and customer care. I been struggling to get simple task done it and in the end of all above now I've to spend more money to have a proper website for my company, 4 months and money through the window. If you don't want any stress and want something done with quality please avoid Logo Scientist, don't worth do give it a go at all! One start is even a lot for them.

If you are looking for a logo better you have in mind a project. I was open to any sort of logo but they came back with very old fashion logos. At the end I had to give them specifi instructions on how I wanted it. Communication is very slow. Every message is replied between the 24 and the 48 hours but then even to change font or a simple colour could take an other day or two. Result: it took 58 days to get my logo and the stationary design part of the professional package. I also paid an extra 30£ For business name, just to get some ideas for my business name. At the end I did not like any of their suggestions. This was 2 months ago. I asked for the refund of the service I never used 3 weeks ago, still waiting for the money. I also had to question for this refund few times and it seems not making any difference. If you are use to shop online companies like logo scientist really pull you off. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not buying any more service from them. Scam

They made the logo which was good, but the files could not be used and had to be reformatted ... After being reformatted the files that were made for printing, websites, and transparent were a very low resolution not even big enough for a business card. Sent the raw file to a different company so they could send me files with a 300 dp resolution transparent and non transparent sized big enough for postcards, business cards, and my flyers....
