The group designing my logo did a great job. Unfortunately, the Logoprofz legal department ruined everything! Jonathan Victor, a paralegal at Logoprofz attempted to get me to pay for legal services by providing false information. He stated that some other company applied for the same trademark name on January 6, 2023 that I applied for on October 11, 2022 and stated that I needed my application to include an attorney. I checked with USPTO and the only applicants required to have an attorney are companies outside the continental US. Jonathan also said the IRS and some other entity needed to review my application and if they don't, USPTO would reject my application. I contacted USPTO and they said the IRS has no involvement whatsoever in USPTO matters. The USPTO stated that this was a red flag solicitation attempt and that I should cease all communication with Jonathan Victor. I will also be providing this review on Yelp which has only four reviews... all one (1) star reviews.

Do not use! Paid £600 for a google ad which was never delivered. Strung me along for 4 months with a standard message of “will call you in 30 minutes” (same ETA everyday!) and would always fail. Agreed to refund my money and when asked to which card read out 4 digits of a card that wasn’t even mine (made up). When question Edwin / Edmund responded “sorry for lying”!! Asked for proof of the request to refund, sent me a sham message. 2 weeks later informed refund processed his side and I need to take it up with my bank and when asked for proof he blocked me on WhatsApp! DO NOT TRUST!!!! Awful awful service based on lies. Have reported to my bank who said they will follow up and also reported to trading standards to have him shut down! Disgusting excuse for a human.

Still waiting to receive my logo,after making the purchase 2 months ago. What confuses me is they would most likely make more profit from actually doing the work they set out to. Instead of spending time creating fake positive feedback. The Devils work.

Absolutely terrible service. Was promised a refund and nothing. I paid £89 for a service which turned out to be a scam. The worst thing is the guy running it knows it and keeps stringing you along pretending you will get your money back. I believe the good reviews are fake and this guy Edmund is a complete scam artist. He has been reported to trading standards etc but please do NOT use!

Check out the customer feedback in your google search pages 3 or 4, go deeper. See the yelp reviews, those are true. Now that we have gone past the 60 day window to contest a credit card charge, the shenanigans begin.

3/16/2021 UPDATE After all the promises and asked to wait I never got my money back from them all I got was excuses. I have gone to my bank and filed Fraud charges against them and filed a police report and I'm waiting on the investigation to be completed. I have all the chat conversations were I was told repeatedly that my refund was approved and I have emails from Louis Casper telling me my refund was approved and being processed ....it has never arrived !! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE THERE IS A HUGE CATCH!!! I found them very easy to work with, and I love my designs. It wasn't until the finalizing of the project that things went south. The package that bought said I had 100% ownership of my design....but that isn't really the truth. I got sent over to "legal" and told by law to use my design I have to buy the copyright, and then this fast talking fellow starts mumbling through his spill, he knows that I'm driving fleeing a hurricane and then says it will be 731.00 for that and he will get it sent to billing and disconnects before I can even respond. So I'm thinking ok I will just tell them no at billing ...right..nope money is already out of my account!! I can't afford that we are a small start up and have just lost everything to 2 hurricanes with another one just hours away!! So a reach out to the only contact (Louis Casper) I have who says he understands and he will have legal call me...I waited hours and got nothing reached out several more times just to get "someone will call if not today tomorrow" so I say no I need this money for my family I'm going to the bank and have them pull it as fraudulent...then I get the call. Steve is rather rude that he did his job explaining , but he will get my money back to me in 45 days!!! minus some fees, and he will take care of that and get me the confirmation number and total for the fees this morning...again nothing but silence from them so I'm forced to file a police report and file fraud with my bank.....I still paid them 188.00 for my logo that I haven't gotten either. SO BUYER BEWARE THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH!!! UPDATE: (12/31/2020)Waited the 45 days that I was told it would take to receive my refund..... Still nothing!! (1/04/21) So I contacted Louis Casper again and was told that it was delayed for the holidays give it a few more days... So I did (1/20/21) Now I'm told that it got stuck and that someone in Billing will need to call me. (1/21/21) Waited and waited finally I asked Louis again about my refund, he said "he had it all worked out now and I will get my money in a few days" I asked to speak to someone else that could give me proof.... Got I call from the very rude Nathan Jones who can just tell me that my refund has been approved....Yeah over 45 days ago, so where is my 731.00?? No transaction number can be given because it hasn't happened yet.... so back to the waiting game again another 24 to 48 hours. Update: (2-7-2021) Still haven't received that promised refund!!! I've done everything that they asked, I've waited just to be told to wait some more. Louis Casper begged for just one more day that it would be there ....that was 7 days ago and still nothing. I have been forced to go to my bank and file it as fraudulent charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!!!!
