I am glad everyone else has had good luck with these guys, my experience was maybe the one that just did not work. Lester and the team promised me the sky and i got the ground. I paid those guys for several things and each time i wanted something changed or added even tho it was on our initial agreement they wanted more money to get it done, this was supposed to be a custom website built from scratch well i found wording and writing saying sign in to your word press account. Don't get me wrong the website looked ok the features could have been a lot better but the security features were not there, first of all i had no access to gain full control of this site, logomines can log in and access anything at any time, i could not change my log in or password so when i told them about it they kept telling me it is a secure site you have nothing to worry about, then they finally put a password that i could change but the previous password and user name was still active so they can log in and see my customers information and my login to my merchant service, that is not what we agreed on. This site has information about our services but also has a shopping feature, information had to be kept secure and logomines did not keep there end of the agreement. finally i had a local IT company look in to this site and they told me that this is just a bare minimum of a few scripts written in there to make this site work and they also said they could actually hack this site if they wanted to because of the log in security features are not there. I had this feeling when i saw my dashboard and how locked up it was could not add any features unless i paid for it dearly. I finally had a company in town redo everything with a different design and all the security features and the ability of the company to take over access to the entire site once everything was done and if we wanted more additional things put in it would not cost us thousands of dollars. Be cautions of who your using for a web designer i did not even ask for a refund since it took these guys six months to get my website up and running i kept telling them i need this site live week after week and nothing. i would reconsider and find someone else.

Milt, we are afraid since a 1 Star review sounds alarming for our business since we delivered you each and every single thing you asked and wish for and i wish i could attach all the email threads here, We would like to answer all your allegations here. Since you paid us for several things that means everything went wrong with us in that case you should have stopped working with us instead of paying us for all those products (Payments were made as per your satisfaction). I am sure you are literate enough to identify that Wordpress is a Platform that can be integrated to any Website Design, this has nothing to do with a website that is Custom (What we delivered you was a Custom Wordpress website) All these websites below are done on Custom Wordpress: TechCrunch. The New Yorker. BBC America. Bloomberg Professional. The Official Star Wars Blog. Variety. Sony Music. MTV News. If you login to the backend of these websites you will find wordpress written there too. Your Website was 100% Secured, The website was hosted on our Hosting servers and every time you forget your password you can retrieve your password or everytime you ask us to make any development change to your website, we do not do it using wordpress we simply login to the hosting panel and work using PHP codings. If you ever had security issues with our company then you could have simply switched your website to your hosting servers. The reason you felt that your site was not secured was for the reason you asked for so many changes even when your website was up and running even though you have not pay a single dime for your website maintenance, We have our strong privacy policy and we do not login to our customers database to locate your customers and contact them (We have other work to do as well :) "A piece of Advice" Incase you host your website on Godaddy or any hosting provider, they will have access to your website as well. How do you even think we can login to your merchant account since a Merchant is integrated on a Website using the Merchant API not the merchant login and Password (Vague obligation) Milt, You can give it a shot and find another local IT company and i sure they will tell you the same about your new website since every company wants business and they will never let go a customer like you. Wordpress offers Free plugins and there was nothing such you could have paid for additionally. Any Customer willing to buy your story can email me at [email protected] and i can reply them with the complete email threads along with your satisfaction note at each stage.

I had a wonderful experience with Logomines in designing a Logo for me the officers were very patient all through the process. even though I had to make many changes in the design, all the changes were well accommodated. Mark Stevens was so helpful. His customer service was very excellent. I enjoyed working with him. Tim

Great Service would be an understatement. Lester and his team are phenomenal. They can take any vision and bring it to life, with a little dazzle. They will go above and beyond, taking original ideas and finding a way to make them fit your business even better than the original idea, exceeding expectation. The team really wants to get to know you and your business, and when they do, the results are Gold Standard. The team is timely, and will always have time for your important needs. 5 stars.

This is one of the best website development companies and "partners" I've ever had the good fortune to work with. Lester, the Account Manager, is professional, courteous and always willing to go that "extra mile" to make sure the client has what they want and what they need. His advice has always been right on the mark. I've been in marketing for over 30 years and these guys truly know what it means to be "of service."
