I was advised the logo could take up to 72hrs, it took longer then that. Then communication wasn't always there. Got my final logo design after 2 weeks.

Slow turnaround time and the communication wasn't great. I asked for a very specific logo but for some reason they were not giving me the exact one I wanted and kept modifying it in different ways. I finally just dealt with it. When I did push for action, they did respond pretty quickly which at least gave me some peace of mind that they were still working on my project.
