Hired them to redo packaging design
Hired them to redo packaging design. I was not informed when hiring them that the production team was going to take a two week vacation. I explained to them I was very unhappy about the non communication. I ended up filing a PayPal dispute to protect the money I spent. Now they are telling me the production if finally ready but I must drop the PayPal Dispute in order to move forward. If I drop the dispute I cant reopen one and they are aware of this policy.
