Overall good experience
I don't have any experience in logo making, but the program of Logomakr is very intuitive and they provide lots of videos and examples to help you get started. The downloads are very reasonable priced, although I would advice to make VERY sure this is the logo you want before you purchase. I made a mistake, but after I emailed they were quick to help me out. One thing I think could be improved, is the quality of the graphics in their database. Many of them are icon-like, not really suitable for a logo in my opinion. There certainly are good graphics, but I had to look for them.
