Website allowed me to sign up with my google account but then can't get any further.

Scam. Site says it's free to download low-res logo but you can't, you need to pay. On Google search and on their website it says you can create a logo and download the low-res file for free. Even watch their tutorial video which shows how to download the low-res file for free - click "No thanks, Download Low Resolution file" - but that option does not actually exist. Also their FAQ says you don't need to create an account to use the site but guess what, you need to give them an email address and create an account.

Very bad. I do not like this there are only 3 shapes. Square, Triangle, and circle. It is very hard to use and I can't do it. My friend is oblivious to the fact that it is terrible. Agree with me and save them, please.

Worked with them for about 50 revisions of my logo, though many of them were small tweaks. I found communication with them to be extremely difficult, they didn't want to listen to anything I asked of them. They also kept recycling what looked like stock clipart images. Eventually I cut my losses and kissed my $200 goodbye. I would absolutely not recommend them due to major communications problems and amateur drawings.

STAY AWAY. Terrible low res UI and when you pay for the "high-res" version it completely throws off the whole design. Corners didnt match, colors were changed. I was happy to find i could edit my purchased logo only to find out I had to pay for it.. again... and again.. and again. 5 tries and i finally got my logo correct. Yes I should have stopped while i was ahead but I needed this logo done and Im a noob who doesnt know how to use illustrator yet. Thanks for my logo but seriously GFY logomakr. Little lintlickers.

Terrible UI, difficult to select objects without selecting the wrong object. Pretty basic UI as far as I can see. To top it off, it's a waste of time unless you want to do all the work with a basic UI to pay for a high res image (as you wouldn't want to use the low res) What a wast of my time.

Create your logo first and than pay if you want it to download in high resolution. Thanks for wasting my time. Stick with Gimp.
