These people could not even follow direction
These people could not even follow simple instructions, at first we though maybe it was just because all of our feedback was via email, but after we physically called and provided detailed instructions, we still continued to get the same logo with the wrong revisions! If you want a cookie cutter product this place may be for you.. Definitely not the type of company that can follow direction and help your vision come to life.. And they have the nerve to have a NO refund policy! How do you have that type of policy< if you incapable of delivering a usable product? The absolute worst!!! Steer Clear!! I will be leaving as many reviews about them on national sites that I can find, so that others will not have to deal with this type of service.
