I have been pleased with the logo design and now the initial look at the website template. Oscar Smith has been informative and helpful in getting my requests and responses answered in a timely matter. I look forward to help formulate more input into the website to customize it for the Lights On. Joel Kichline

My experience with Logoknox have been awesome!! I had the pleasure of working with two great project managers who did an amazing job with my website and logo. Robert Jackson is awesome!. I would definitely recommend tlogoknox and would definitely use their services again!!!!

The team was great at putting together concepts based solely on emailed conversations. They were patient when I had questions and worked with us on our revision requests without complaint. It was a fairly slow process but we are extremely happy with the final result. I did feel that when we started talking to them about other possible services they offered, things quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch and when we weren't ready right then and there to proceed with the other products in question, they got a little short with us. I had to reach out twice after that conversation to get them to finish the final revisions we had requested. I didn't feel like a valuable customer after that. Had we never mentioned building a website, I would have had nothing but the absolute best things to say about this entire situation. It was today worth the money!!

Overall I would recommend to a friend. The deal I got was amazing. The people I chatted with online were more than helpful. My criticism would be time delays at the beginning to get started, but once the process got going, it was fairly quick. I believe a suggestion would be contact by phone to understand what the client wants. Sending emails back and forth sometimes is not understood on the designers side and you get something different. I know if I was on the phone with a designer, the process would have been cut in half the time. Overall, I can't complain and would use them again. I'm looking into some of the other things they do.

i had a very specific design and concept for my logo. and to be honest they didn't get it right. Not the first time, not the second time. WHAT they did do was listen to what i wanted and envisioned on both occasions. By the third draft they didn't just get it right. It was PERFECT! exactly what i wanted done my way and with great skill and professionalism. If you know what you want, but lack the expertise LOGO KNOX will bring your vision to life!! i love this company and you will 2!

The process took a little longer than expected, but my project manager, Thomas was very professional and patient throughout the entire process.

Henry Collins was assigned to be my designer. I provided ample examples of pictures to help creat my logo. Within 2 days Henry provided 10 designs and I fell in love with one of them. It was perfect and didn’t need to make any changes.
