Overall quality designs, not the experience I was hoping for
Not as smooth as a process as I had anticipated. The design team has ultimately been able to accomplish what was asked and at the end of the day, I am satisfied with having a logo I can use for my company. The headaches along the way, were more than I would have liked, however. While they may feel their response times were handled in a timely manner, as the customer it sure didn't feel that way. I thank them for their help in my design concepts but just wish the communication was a bit stronger and more consistent.
