Wonderful Company! My business partner found them online while searching for options to create a logo for our new venture. They have excellent customer support department handled by Melissa and a really efficient design team to capture your vision and turn it into a reality. I would give them 10 stars if trustpilot had this feature :D

I hired them to make a birthday logo for my wife's birthday party. From the very beginning they were very proud professional and attended to all of my wishes. They gave us a very unique design that we and our party guests loved. Eventually I had the logo printed on a poster a banner all the signs around the house and on a special birthday glass. They were very very responsive even after they had to live with me the final product and I need it too ask them a question about resolution. Again they quickly got to work and provided a quick turnaround. We will use them again.

My case/project worker was very pleasant, answered all my question and may it easy to contact. Replied to emails within a timely matter and great at explaining all products, services and its important for you to understand. Logo and website was completed beyond my expiations. I thought I knew what I wanted till I got back my logo samples. all images where amazing and made it had to choose. Team was very patient and services completed on the date they started or even before. Over all I was very satisfied with they services

From the initial conversation with the team and the lightening fast consultation which met all of my needs and more, I knew I was in very good hands. Not only is this a design firm but they are a talented, highly trained, experienced and their customer service / client interaction style is very personal and customized in every way. They design for very heavy hitters from famous music artists, large music business companies that the major labels are members of and pay dues to be a member of. And of course they have other clients that are very reputable. Since I'm in the music business I got very excited because I literally found them in a random google search! it was all meant to be. I came to them with an entire package of brand concepts and ultimately needed a Logo / Mark designed for my Record Label that is not only unique but one i can use forever. Thomas Mark was very hands on with updating me at times via text or email,and in their amazing project management board where you can see all of the updates, type your comments, ask for revisions if you need to depending on your needs which makes it it's a very efficitent system of sending files back and forth to deliver the ultimate customer experience and keep the clutter out of your email and keep the project process organized and in one place so nothing is lost. I filled out the questionaire for my design requqirements (which is a really nice touch because it shows that they take their job very seriously and they pay attention to your requirements and don't just ignore you and do their own thing - a true sign of Professionalism at is finest. My designs arrived in the project manager inbox not long after and I was blown away by all of them. Everything looked so good that i couldnt make a desigion. After a while of looking at each one and taking my own notes, i found that some just didnt work for my Label. I must mention that every single one of them was unique and designed from scratch. Brilliant work (CLEARLY) Even though I could have them make unlimited revisions I finally sat down and took some time to really look at what works best and what didnt't fit my Record Label. I didn't want to make them revise anything because then I would have just confused myself and probably been even more indecisive about picking one logo. They were all so well designed I wanted all of them! i decided to consult my team of trusted friends and consultants in the musib business and everybody chose the same logo (there were 13 choices or more) The one I chose along with everyone else Thomas Mark personally designed that logo and he absolutely NAILED it and guided me through the entire process of choosing what works best, how its going to look on different backgrounds etc, and was very patient with me, didn't rush me, and ultimately after some text messages, and phone calls we decided to finalize it and move on with the rest of the package that I got which was the ELITE LOGO PACKAGE. i am 100% satisfied with the high quality and professional services from Logo-Knox and I even hired them to design my website for me.
